Please be sure to include the desired date of posting and the date that the event ends.

Please supply a brief description/title of your flyer which includes the following information: Who, What, When, Where and Why for your event.

Two guided walking tours of Waterville will be offered for the last time this year on Saturday, October 21.:

  • The Downtown Tour begins at 9 a.m. at the Robbins House Museum, 114 South River Road and focuses on the historic area of Waterville prior to the opening of the Miami and Erie Canal.
  • The Uptown Tour begins at 11 a.m. at Wakeman Hall, 401 Farnsworth Road and includes the "new business district" of Third Street which grew with the opening of the canal in 1843.

Prior to the walk, visitors may view the diorama of Waterville in 1903 inside Wakeman Hall to better understand the location and appearance of the canal.

The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department and the BGHS DECA Students present the 2nd Annual BG Zombie Mud Run on Sunday October 22, 2017 at the BG Obstacle Course Trail located behind the BG Community Center, 1245 W Newton Road in Bowling Green.  This event is a fun, noncompetitive obstacle course race for kids and adults, ages 5 & up.  In our inaugural event in 2016, we saw almost 150 people participate, ranging in age from 5 to 74 years old.  In this race, participants wear flag football belts with 3 flags and must successfully navigate their way through the approximate 1 mile course which includes about a dozen man-made and natural obstacles, plenty of mud, and a whole lot of zombies who are pursuing them attempting to pull their flags.  The goal of the race is to finish the course with at least one of the 3 flags still intact.   So get dirty and have fun at the BG Zombie Mud Run!!!  More information is available on the programs page at www.bgohio.org/parks

Come join us for a Spaghetti Dinner on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 5-7pm at the Hope United Methodist Church 10610 Waterville Street, Whitehouse.  A FREE viewing of Chasing Hope: Solving the Opioid Crisis will take place at 6:30pm in the church sanctuary for anyone interested in attending. YMCA is offering a Basketball League for ages 3-5 and Grades K-1.  They will practice once a week and have Saturday games using the full size gym at Whitehouse Primary School.

The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department and the BGHS DECA Students present the 2nd Annual BG Zombie Mud Run on Sunday October 22, 2017 at the BG Obstacle Course Trail located behind the BG Community Center, 1245 W Newton Road in Bowling Green.  This event is a fun, noncompetitive obstacle course race for kids and adults, ages 5 & up.  In our inaugural event in 2016, we saw almost 150 people participate, ranging in age from 5 to 74 years old.  In this race, participants wear flag football belts with 3 flags and must successfully navigate their way through the approximate 1 mile course which includes about a dozen man-made and natural obstacles, plenty of mud, and a whole lot of zombies who are pursuing them attempting to pull their flags.  The goal of the race is to finish the course with at least one of the 3 flags still intact.   So get dirty and have fun at the BG Zombie Mud Run!!!  More information is available on the programs page at www.bgohio.org/parks

The Lil’ Timbers Kids Club meets the first Saturday of every month from 11am-12pm. Different locations and activities vary each month depending on the season and tenant involvement. The event is complimentary and open to the public. No age restrictions.
