Attention all potential fall athletes: 

 

  • Please ensure you have completed all forms on Final Forms
  • Athletes and parents must 'sign' all forms digitally. 
  • The email listed for the athlete must be their school email address.
  • Once all forms are completed digitally, print and take the form to the physical for verification of a completed physical. This must be returned to the JH office (either a hard copy hand or a fax (419-877-1203)
 
VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTSAugust 1 & August 2 (8th grade: 8:00-10:00, 7th grade 11:00-1:00), JH gymnasium, contact Coach Pietzrak or Coach Barrett with questions
 
FOOTBALL: Sign-up is through Final Forms, first day of practice is August 1 (8:00-10:00), meet at the flagpole by the JH office, contact Coach Schneider or Coach Morgan (7th grade), Coach Kalo or Coach Junga (8th grade) with questions
 
CROSS COUNTRY: Sign-up is through Final Forms, first day of practice is August 6th (8:00-9:15), meet at the flagpole by the JH office, contact Coach Zarnick or Coach Yunker with questions
 
ARRIVING ON CAMPUS:  All JH athletic parents should use the North Driveway around the High School Gym, until the driveway between FT and JH reopens in early August. Drop off should take place behind the JH; students will be able to walk around to the main office doorways and/or flagpole.  There will be some  construction still occurring behind Fallen Timbers, the Junior High and High School throughout August, so be cautious and ready to detour around construction activities.

Student Council News

We also wanted to remind you all of another easy way you can support Student Council here  at AWJH! Student Council has just joined the Kroger Community Rewards program, so to support Student Council all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Plus Card! Once you’ve connected your Plus Card to our organization, every time you make a purchase, a percentage will come back to Student Council. 

To connect your Kroger Plus Card, please follow the directions below. If you do not have a Kroger Plus Card, you may get one at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
You should see a section that says “Sign In or Create an Account to Enroll”
If you have an account, sign in
If you do not have an account, create an account using your Kroger Plus Card 
Once you’ve signed in, you should see a section that says, “Giving More Back to the Community!” Click the button under it that says, “Enroll Now.”
This should take you to a section that says, “Community Rewards.” Click “Enroll” again. 
At the next screen you may type in the organization name (ANTHONY WAYNE JR HIGH STUDENT COUNCIL) or the organization number  (45488). When Anthony Wayne Jr High Student Council pops up, click it and then “Confirm” to enroll! 
To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see AWJH Student Council on the right side of your information page.
Please note: You may only connect your card to one organization. Also, you must re-enroll each year.
