Applicant Requirements:

To be considered for a scholarship, student must live in Ohio, be a senior or senior-equivalent in good standing, and plan to pursue bioscience-related studies in college. The following information must be sent to BioOhio (address below), postmarked by March 12, 2012:
  • Completed scholarship application, including essay
  • Copy of most recent high school transcript
  • Two letters of recommendation from adults (not including relatives) familiar with the student’s preparation, passion for learning, and interest in pursuing a bioscience-related degree and/or career.
For payment of scholarship funds, the student must enroll in an Ohio 2- or 4-year college or university.
 
Scholarship Type:
Scholarships are merit-based and are not renewable.
