Dear Anthony Wayne Stakeholders,
As I sit down to write this letter, my heart is filled with a mixture of emotions. I bid farewell to each and every one of you. After 14 years of serving as the Superintendent, the time has come for me to embark on a new journey.
Throughout my tenure here, I have been continually inspired by the unwavering support and dedication of our parents. Your commitment to the education and well-being of our students has been nothing short of extraordinary.
I am profoundly grateful for the trust you have placed in the District. Your collaboration, feedback and partnership have been invaluable in shaping the educational experiences of our students. Every achievement, big or small, has been made possible because of your active involvement and unwavering belief in our mission.
As I reflect on our shared journey, I am filled with pride in all that we have accomplished together. From academic achievements to extracurricular triumphs, each milestone has been a testament to the incredible dedication of our entire school community. I am truly humbled to have been a part of it.
Though our paths may diverge, I am confident that the strong foundation we have built together will continue to propel our schools forward. As I bid farewell, I extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your unwavering support, trust and dedication. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as your Superintendent, and I will cherish the memories of our time together always.
With gratitude,
Dr. Jim Fritz, Superintendent
Anthony Wayne Local Schools
