FCCLA Teams Return from Regionals with Awards

A record number of FCCLA students represented Anthony Wayne Local Schools at the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Regional Career Development Competition event at Penta Career Center on Saturday, March 4. They were highly successful at the adjudicated event, bringing home a total of 10 gold medals and four silver medals for their presentations.

Each of the AWHS and AWJH participants also qualified for the State Leadership Conference in April. In addition, AWJH students, Skylar Zarecky and Penelope Shaw will be attending the conference as special FCCLA Voting Delegates.
