AWHS Class of 2024 and Families,
It has already been one month since your graduation day and we want to officially welcome you to being a part of the AW Alumni Family! This letter has a few notices to bring to your attention and some reminders for closing out your time as a student at AWHS.
We wish you a safe summer and look forward to hearing about your future successes. Mark your calendar for Friday, September 20 – it would be great to see you at Homecoming!

REMINDER: Back Up Your Google Account Before June 30
Your Google Drive files and school-issued Gmail account will be deleted on June 30. Please back up any information you want to keep before this date. Instructions are available by clicking here. Make sure that any contacts (colleges, coaches, employers, recruiters) that have been contacting you via your school email have your personal email address.
Order Graduation Photos
Photos from the graduation ceremony may be purchased online from Lifetouch.
Yearbook Pickup
If you ordered a 2023-24 yearbook, please plan to pick it up on Registration Day, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12. Contact Mrs. Pollock or Mr. DeKay with any questions.
Transcript Information
Official transcripts were sent on June 5 to the colleges indicated on your senior survey. You should also receive an unofficial paper copy in the mail.
NOTE: If you have CCP credit, you must request a college transcript to be sent to your college/university for your credits to transfer. AWHS cannot do this for you. Please contact Bowling Green State University, Owens Community College or The University of Toledo for your transcript request.
If you need a copy of your AWHS transcript in the future, you may request one from the counseling office by using the link provided in the sub menu of the AWHS web page.
Graduate Questionnaire
This fall, you will receive an email from us with a brief survey and a few questions about your time at AWHS. Please take a few moments to share your thoughts. Your ideas and opinions are important to us!
