As we are preparing for the 2023-2024 school year, we want to share with you that the District will now use FinalForms for Returning Student Registration. Many Anthony Wayne families already use FinalForms for athletics documents, and we are excited to be able to streamline and simplify the registration process by using one provider account for registration and athletics.
Returning Student Registration is for families who attended AWLS during the 2022-23 school year and will remain in the District for 2023-24. Note: Parents of new kindergarten students have already completed this process with Kindergarten Registration.

FINALFORMS INSTRUCTIONS FOR FAMILIES
If your child is a student athlete: You already have a FinalForms account. Log in using your existing username and password. Complete all of the forms listed for Returning Student Registration.
Existing user instructions are available by clicking here.
If you have never used FinalForms: Refer to the email you received from the FinalForms Mailman on June 5 and click the link to begin registration. Create a new account and watch for a second email asking you to confirm your account. Click “Confirm Your Account” in this email. Create your new FinalForms password. Click “Confirm Your Account” once more. Click “My Student” and complete the Returning Student Registration documents.
