Get ready for a night of infectious energy and toe-tapping tunes as Anthony Wayne High School gears up for their production of "Mamma Mia!" The iconic ABBA-inspired musical will grace the school's stage, promising a spectacular show filled with talent and excitement.
Under the direction of Ms. Kayla Dye, the cast, led by senior Chloe Klopfenstein as Donna Sheridan and junior Elle Pfefferle as Sophie Sheridan will whisk you away to a Greek island paradise where, on the eve of her wedding, a young woman begins a quest to discover her father's identity. The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs paired with explosive dance numbers make Mamma Mia! an entertaining and memorable musical experience.
Performances will be held at the AWHS Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 18, 19 and 20, with a matinee performance also taking place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
