The Student Services Department at Anthony Wayne Schools provides services for the nearly 800 students across the District that need special education support. This can take the form of individualized education programs (IEPs), Section 504 services, homebound instruction, preschool special education, children with limited English proficiency, or other supports to ensure their educational needs and rights are met.
Over 100 full- and part-time employees are dedicated to meeting the specialized needs of these students residing in our district. Many of these individuals are District employees, but Anthony Wayne also contracts with the ESC of Lake Erie West and partners with other local service providers to meet students' needs.
Our collective goal is to ensure that all students are taught the skills necessary to be future-ready.
More information about the services we provide is available by using the links in the menu on the left side of this page. If you have specific questions about your child, please contact our Student Services Directors, your principal or school counselor.
