Buffalo Rock Micro Mile
September 16 - $25 registration to support AWHS Cross Country and Track & Field teams
AWLS Junior Cross Country Series (K-6)
Sept. 19, Sept. 26, Oct. 3: Sponsored by Dave's Running, all primary and middle school students are encouraged to participate. Registration is FREE.

Community Events
Healthy Me, Drug Free Poster Contest (Grades 4-9)
Submissions Due: September 26 - Sponsored by the Ohio State Chiropractic Association. Gift card prizes for student winners and their classrooms.
Fall Open House
September 30: Sponsored by Renewed Outdoors - families can enjoy bounce houses, pumpkin painting and launching, and check out the big trucks onsite.
Halloween Trunk or Treat
October 25: Free community event sponsored by the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities
Transition Summit (Age 16-20)
November 8: The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities will provide information for students and families as they prepare for their futures after high school. Pre-registration recommended.

Students are invited to learn child care skills, first aid, safety skills and business skills before starting to babysit.

Art lessons, group piano, group guitar lessons, & preschool music lessons. With options available for different ages and levels of ability.
Athletic Clubs and Activities
Free Golf Clinics for Students with Special Needs (Ages 8-16)
October 6, 20 and November 3: Sponsored by the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Registration is first come, first served.
