Upon graduating from Anthony Wayne, the AW Technology Department will delete your AW Google Mail account along with all of the files in your Google Drive on June 30, 2024.
To keep any of your AWLS emails and documents:
Backup and copy all of your materials to a personal storage device, or personal Google (or other online) account.
To keep any of your files that are stored in your AWLS Google Drive:
Put all of the files that you want to keep in one Google Drive folder and download that folder to a computer desktop or flash drive.
Upload the folder to your own personal Google Drive account or keep a copy of your files on the flash drive.
Any email messages that you wish to keep should be forwarded to a new personal email account, and all contacts (such as colleges, online services, employers) that have been using your Anthony Wayne school email account be notified to use your personal email instead.
