Eleven Anthony Wayne High School choir students and 15 band members auditioned and were selected to perform at the OMEA District 1 Honors Concert at the Stranahan Theatre and Great Hall on January 22, 2023. 

The choir sang under the direction of guest conductor, Dr. Dara Gillis from Delaware Hayes High School and the band performed under the direction of Jay Jacobs, associate professor of music and director of athletic bands at the University of South Carolina.
