Upon graduating from Anthony Wayne, the AW Technology Department will delete your AW Google Mail account along with all of the files in your Google Drive.
If you would like to keep any of your AW emails and documents, you will need to back up and copy all of your materials to a personal storage device, or personal online account (such as Google Gmail/Drive) prior to June 30, 2025.
If you would like to keep any of your files that are stored in your AW Google Drive, then you should put all of the files that you want to keep in one Google Drive folder and download that folder to a computer desktop or flash drive. At that point, you can then upload the folder to your own personal Google Drive account or keep a copy of your files on the flash drive. Please complete this task by June 30, 2025.
Any email messages that you wish to keep should be forwarded to a new personal email account, and all services (such as colleges, online services, employers) that have been using your school email account should be switched over to using a personal email account.
Again, all AW Google accounts for the Class of 2025 will be deleted on June 30, 2025.
