About District Valuation

The links below are to the district valuation.  Included is years 2004 – 2023.  When viewing the valuation sheet(s) you will want to look for Total Anthony Wayne values in the middle of the page for the total district valuation as we have property in Wood and Fulton counties as well.

The 2024 valuation is $1,364,361,850  Assessed valuation is 35% of home values, which is the amount homeowners pay taxes on.
