Happy New Year! As we welcome 2023 and all of the opportunities and possibilities it brings, we invite you to resolve to get involved. Whether it is serving in your child’s classroom, volunteering with a parent group or attending more school events, your participation makes a difference in our schools and we look forward to collaborating with you to ensure that Anthony Wayne students are empowered to be future ready. Opportunities for supporting our schools are available under the Community tab on the District website.
District administrators are continuing to collaborate to develop strategies for meeting the goals set by the Strategic Planning process and fulfill our District’s mission and vision. We will continue to explore ways we can support student success now and in the future in the areas of: Student Learning, Curriculum & Instruction, Community Engagement, Resources for Student Success and Students and Staff Ready to Learn. More information about each of these goals can be found online.
In the event of inclement weather requiring a delay or closing, the District will send out an email, phone call and text message. Be sure that your contact information is up to date with your child’s school office. Important to note:
- Due to the nature of the phone system, email and text messages usually are delivered more quickly than phone calls.
